It’s mission is to remind and support patients in adherence to their medication regimen. SAM is MEMOTEXT’s mobile automated chatbot/smart adherence bot that adapts to the needs, state, location and health data of the patient that SAM is working with. SAM has a number of features designed to engage first, improve health second. SAM virtually supports with smart reminders, education, motivation and content but is capable of much more. You can talk to SAM about anything, be it health information, movie trivia, jokes or dating advice. SAM also sends users information, inspiration, videos, and even cat memes to keep them educated and entertained, based on their preferences. Using SAM, MEMOTEXT is taking patient engagement to the next level. By providing quality content and an AI based experience we are extending our reach into scaled up 360 degree health engagement via SMS, Telephone/IVR, Email and now full scale mobile. MEMOTEXT is looking forward to fully rolling out SAM in 2016 and integrating it into both current and future adherence programs. Be warned SAM might say a few non-sequiturs, but keep in mind that it’s a young chatbot who’s still learning.
